I'm trying to update this blog as much as I can, but lately Hudson cannot sit still for a picture! Here are 2 non-blury ones out of the 100 I took. This kid is constantly on the move now that he's figured it out!

So, being that Hudson loves going to swing at the park, we decided to get him his own swing for the back yard. Needless to say, it's one of the best baby purchases we've made.

7 Months.

Here are some pictures of Hudson on his 7 month birthday. He's changing so much, so fast! He is 21 lbs and 27 1/2 inches long. Still trying his hardest to crawl, he can army crawl now though, so it wont be long I'm sure. He is so busy, loves to play on the floor with all of his toys, and will barely sit still long enough for us to change his diaper/clothes. Hudson has 6 teeth now! 3 on top and 3 on the bottom. He had a couple of cranky days, but still slept his usual 12 hours at night. Very nice, since I was expecting to be up all night. He is so smart! He likes to take his blocks out of the bucket and then put them back in. He loves story time before bed. Maybe he'll be a reader like his mommy. His favourite toy right now is his comb... he has to hold it while eating, being changed, in the bath,in hi s car seat...basically at all times. So funny. Also, his monkey. He has to have it to cuddle with. So sweet. He loves music. He is mesmerized by the guitar whenever Jon plays for him. He likes to sing in the car (good distraction since he doesn't love being in his car seat too long). His favourite songs right now are "California Girls" Katy Perry, "Shake Your Booty" KC & the Sunshine Band, and "Half of My Heart" by John Mayer". This had nothing to do with our influence I'm sure. ;) He is the happiest boy I've ever seen. He always is smiling and laughing and singing. He brings so much joy to our lives. Happy 7 month birthday, baby boy!
